Cancellation and Refund

  Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation fee may apply based on the proximity to the booking date. The specific fee structure can be found in the booking details.
2. Event tickets are non Cancelable.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations and are typically issued to the original payment method.
2. Please allow min 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the cancellation request is approved.

   3.  Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, the customer will be informed                                              during the booking process, and the cancellation policy will be explicitly stated.
